This does not do a particularly good job of outlining the three perspectives on grace and salvation, nor in explaining the differences between them. The writing is quite technical and presupposes a fairly sophisticated understanding of the doctrine of grace and salvation and earlier writers on the subject. For a theology student looking to write an essay on the controversy of Pelagianism, perhaps it would be useful. For the lay reader seeking a greater understanding of that controversy it's pretty hopeless.Product details

Pelagianism SemiPelagianism Augustinianism edition by AA Hodge Religion Spirituality eBooks Reviews
What the other review bemoans about I actually found enjoyable. I do have a background and needed a summary of the theological divergences.
It was a good overview of the different views. I was looking for why they hold the view they do backed by Scripture.
Another great book. One of the greatest heresies of yesteryear and today, is shown for what it truly is.
